At Cuikey, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of grocery and perishable items, returns are limited. You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received damaged, spoiled, or expired items
  • You received incorrect or missing items
  • The product quality does not meet acceptable standards
  • You were charged incorrectly

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh produce, dairy, meat, or frozen items (unless damaged or spoiled)
  • Opened or used items
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Orders canceled after dispatch

3. Return Request Timeline

  • Report an issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Open the Cuikey App
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the affected order
  4. Choose Report an Issue
  5. Upload photos (if required)
  6. Submit your request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • In some cases, we may offer Cuikey Wallet credit for faster resolution

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Orders canceled after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund

7. Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately through the app for assistance.

8. Policy Abuse

Cuikey reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or excessive requests.
